The International Red Cross estimated that nearly 3 million people were affected by the original earthquake on January 12th. They also estimated that there would be around 100,000-200,000 deaths. Many landmark buildings were destroyed and the second earthquake this morning brings little hope for recovery. There are ways that you can re-instill that hope in the Haitians hearts by donating to the following charities.
