PAULA, NICOLE AND STEVE JONES OUT OF X FACTOR
Judges Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger, as well as host Steve Jones, have parted ways with The X Factor, The Wrap reports.
One source said, "They expected Paula to be the goofy girl, and Nicole to be the pretty one. But Paula was so bad that it made none of it work."
Steve announced his departure first, tweeting yesterday, "I wont be hosting next season's X Factor, which is a shame, but I can't complain as I've had a great time. Good luck to everyone on the show."
Nicole, a onetime member of the Pussycat Dolls, has bowed out of the show to focus on her music career. A source tells E! News, "She's spoken to Simon [Cowell] and he's given her his blessing."
HALLE BERRY'S DAUGHTER HEADING TO COUNSELING
Halle Berry's baby daddy isn't the only one heading to counseling -- so is the baby herself.
During a "marathon court hearing" yesterday, the actress and her ex Gabriel Aubry agreed to send their three-year-old daughter Nahla to counseling. This comes after Gabriel was accused of shoving a nanny while she held Nahla in her arms. The model, who is under investigation for child endangerment, has agreed to take anger-management classes.

Alec Baldwin told Entertainment Tonight at Sunday's Screen Actors Guild Awards that he was diagnosed as pre-diabetic last year. He said he has changed his diet and has since lost 30 pounds.
