The Swamp Hunt
The Swamp Hunt This is the largest and wildest scavenger hunt in Gainesville! $10 gets you registered for the Hunt, free food and an after party at Sharab Lounge. 100% of proceeds go to the American Diabetese Association. Registration begins at 11am at the North Terrace at Reitz Union. Teams consisting of 6-8 individuals will complete their list of tasks throughout the city by 7pm in which all photo documentation must be submitted online to be tallied. All teams must arrive at Sharab lounge by 9pm for the event wrap up where there will be entertainment and the winners will be announced by 10:30pm. The first place prize is a vacation package to Bluegreen Resort in Orlando, Florida, The Fountains. Additional prizes will go to the 2nd and 3rd place teams.
Through out the day teams will get specials discounts at certain restaurants participating with The Swamp Hunt event.
It all happens March 27th, 2010 at 11am. Registration will be at the North Terrace at Reitz Union.
