How you can help Haiti.

Haiti

The International Red Cross estimated that nearly 3 million people were affected by the original earthquake on January 12th. They also estimated that there would be around 100,000-200,000 deaths. Many landmark buildings were destroyed and the second earthquake this morning brings little hope for recovery. There are ways that you can re-instill that hope in the Haitians hearts by donating to the following charities.

Most organizations are asking for money, not material goods at this point. The impact of the earthquakes is so great that immediate needs such as water, shelter and medical supplies are crucial. These organizations will be using the money donated to purchase these supplies immediately.
